• Digital ticket(s) will be uploaded to your Customer Account within 24 hours of purchase (please call our customer service team if you require tickets instantly).
• Scan the ticket barcode(s) at one of the Self Service ticket kiosks at the front of the park entrance to retrieve a ticket that will allow both admission to the SeaWorld Parks and dining at participating restaurants. 
• The SeaWorld Parks Ultimate 3 Park Ticket with 3 x All Day Dine gives you 14 consecutive days of unlimited park-to-park admission to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens.
• Tickets are activated the first time you visit one of the included parks and expire in full after 14 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
• The SeaWorld Parks Ultimate 3 Park Ticket with 3 x All Day Dine is only valid to use in the calendar year selected e.g. 2024 tickets must be activated on or before 31 December 2024.
• All Day Dine is only included the first time you visit each park – one single use for each park – and is automatically activated upon park admission. Subsequent park visits DO NOT include All Day Dine.
• All Day Dine offers one entrée, one side or one dessert and one regular-sized non-alcoholic beverage every 90 minutes at participating restaurants. Featured restaurants are subject to change or temporary closure without notice. All Day Dine is not valid for Sharks Underwater Grill, Dine with Orcas, Flamecraft Bar, Serengeti Overlook™ Restaurant or for any speciality dines.
• Children 0-2 years enter the parks free of charge and do not need an admission ticket.
• Unlimited free parking is only valid for the duration of your ticket. This offer can be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
• Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express is included for the duration of your ticket. Reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339. The shuttle departs from SeaWorld and picks up from various locations in Orlando and Kissimmee. The service schedule and pick-up points will vary through the year and may be subject to change.

Cancellation & Amendments

• If you need to change the number of guests in your party or change passenger names, all SeaWorld Tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking.

**Flex-Plus can only be added to your ticket(s) at the time of booking. If you cancel a ticket and have purchased Flex-Plus you will avoid time-based cancellation fees. The refund paid on your ticket(s) will be the price of the equivalent STANDARD ticket (your ticket price minus the Flex-Plus supplement) at the time of booking.
