The universal parks were great for roller coasters and Harry Potter fans. We particularly loved the Hagrid’s ride.

Although there were a lot of rides, the queues were very big. If you clicked virtually to go on a ride this would stop you going on other rides whilst you waited. One of the rides had a 4 hour wait. Felt this was more stressful wondering around the park looking for short queues. Didn’t feel like a rest day (as it was supposed to be from the theme park).

The ticket we purchased was for the Disney parks and universal. It was a 14 day flexible ticket which meant we could easily move from park to park. It gave us the opportunity to move around freely as some of the rides at Disney were virtual queues so we could make use of other parks whilst we waited.

Better water park than Disney! The raft river was pretty good and here you got plenty of sunbeds in the shade.

Price of tickets was poor considering every night you had to leave the park at 1900. As there was graduation bash ongoing. So you pay full price but miss out from 7pm until closing time everynight. This was never aware to us when purchasing tickets. Should 100% be at a reduced price at this time of year as your pretty much losing 40% park time each and every day.

We purchased the Disney and Universal park combo tickets over the phone. The advisor I spoke to was brilliant. She asked where we were staying and gave us a couple of tips which were really helpful. The whole experience was quick and simple and the tickets were very good value for money. My only negative comment would be that you have to pick up the magic bands at planet Hollywood, Disney Springs. It would be great if you could pick them up at any Disney Park.

Excellent price brilliant customer service. I would prefer hard copies of tickets as well as digital within the app. I am always worried that if anything happens to your phone or network goes down so prefer to have physical tickets also.

Our favourite of all the Orlando theme parks. The Harry Potter scenery is excellent and Hagrids is the best ride of all. Don't bother with the single Rider queue as it's often just as long as the regular queue and the scenery is dull for single Rider

Quite good. Not as good as Islands so if you only have time for 1 Universal park then do the other. There are quite a high number of motion simulator rides. Gringotts ride in Diagon Alley is excellent. Take advantage of Single Rider lines as they're often significantly shorter, maybe even a walk-on and sometimes the 2 of us ended up sat together anyway (but don't ask the staff to do this, that defeats the point of the single Rider line)

Quite good. Didn't fully utilise the Tapu queue system because the park was quite quiet on a Wednesday in late April (2 weeks after spring break). The krakatau ride is fun. Showers are basic but at least the cubicle has a door that locks.

Great park and a great alternative to Disney. Last time I went, the Harry Potter and Simpsons area did not exist, so this was a great first time experience. Food and drink options were okay. I missed a lot of the old school rides and 3D experiences that have now gone. Parts of the old San Francisco and New York area felt a bit abandoned, which is a shame. Looking forward to the new Dreamworks areas opening. The Mummy is a classic ride that you must go on!

The park to go to if you want a day of rides and rollercoasters. The park isn’t huge so you can spend all day and go on as many rides as possible. The velociraptor coaster, Hagrid’s run and the Hulk are my top 3 rides of all time. Food and drink is a bit ‘theme park standard’ with options mainly being burgers, pizzas and chicken. The Harry Potter area provides a bit of variety.

Great water park with a mix of big slides/coasters, mid attractions and places to relax. It was super busy the day we visited and finding somewhere to sit and set up for the day took ages. If you want a good spot on ‘the main beach’, get there for opening! The Tapi Tapi watches + virtual queueing are a great idea.

I purchased 4 sets of tickets for the three Universal parks plus Seaworld and Busch Gardens. Great value and included free dining for Seaworld and Busch Gardens every 90 minutes. Vouchers exchanged for the Universal tickets on arrival and other tickets issued at the kiosk in Seaworld. I would highly recommend AttractionTickets.com for anyone visiting Orlando theme parks.
