Attraction tickets didn’t supply our tickets on this occasion and regrettably I’d rate them a 1/10 for our experience. We Facebook messaged them to ask if the date meant they no longer sold flexi tickets as the description wasn’t clear and weren’t wanting to commit until we knew the weather for it. We got a response saying yes the dates just a travel date so we know you have the tickets in time and they vary season to season so we went on to book online. Then on a Facebook group page someone showed us a message stating they no longer allow the flex and all tickets are dated for a specific date now which was around the same time we booked. As id booked our date of travel as advised I couldn’t use the tickets that day so I messaged on Facebook again with screen shots of my original and this woman’s and asked what the correct info was but 2 or 3 days passed and no response. I called up to enquire and solve it to be told no they aren’t flexi anymore I’d have to use it the day I land so as I’d not downloaded it I was eligible to cancel and I did so. The following day I got a reply on Facebook stating that in Feb the terms changed so I’d got mine just before the cut off and flex would be honoured but any after a certain date were now inflexible but they could tell Iv cancelled the order therefore should I buy more tickets it’s on the non flex terms. I explained what had gone on and how I’d been told multiple things from their staff which made me cancel but nothing. I’d used this company for Orlando twice in the past and rates then in their knowledge of the parks and tickets but going forward I’l avoid them for anything else after this.

After purchasing our park tickets through AttractionTickets, there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll be doing the same for our subsequent trips back to Orlando. The service was second to none. We received a lovely brochure upon registering our interest, outlining and detailing all options available for our trip as far as tickets are concerned. A rare and unique touch. Subsequent to purchasing the Disney/Universal combination pass, we were all given MagicBands for free (which are an extremely convenient means of entering and navigating Disney’s parks) as well as the Disney Memory Maker, which was a fabulous means of capturing some amazing ride photos across the parks. Great service, great value, great site, great experience!
