We had to amend our ticket order very close to the holiday date as a result of illness with one of the party. The advisor we spoke to was first rate, amended the order and arranged the refund for the unused tickets. Excellent service.

We have used them several times and , as usual, the service is very good. Tickets are expensive and I think Disney and Universal should introduce 4/5 ticket options, but that's not Attraction Tickets fault.

Overall good. Ticket purchase and download was very easy and went without a hitch. Quite tricky to transfer to apps but figured it out in the end. Dollar off and discount dining cards were pointless and we didn't find anywhere that actually took them. Don't bother downloading the apps with all the faff and data you have to hand over. Seemed to be mainly based in downtown or out of the way places. You can pick up more usable discount vouchers in most hotels lobbies with better money off. One negative was having to trek all the way to Planet Hollywood on the first day to get our magic bands. This ended up taking two hours out of our day and was really hot and stressful. There should be an option to post the magic bands ahead of time even if it's chargeable.

Easy to purchase the tickets and pay as and when before your trip we received some problems with some of the parks not being open at all and rides was completely shut down and not working so I have contacted attraction tickets due to the issues we occurred and no reply back
