  • The Disney and Universal Combo Ticket is a combined package containing the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket and the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket.
  • Orders will be fulfilled with 2 separate digital tickets uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment.
  • A ticket start date must be selected at the time of booking. Tickets cannot be used before the chosen date.
  • The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18-day window from the date selected. You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
  • On receipt of your ticket confirmation, create gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes by linking your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket in My Disney Experience. Alternatively, take your Disney Magic Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Park to redeem printed physical tickets. 
  • Disney 'Park Hopping' is available daily, subject to each Disney Park's capacity limitations.
  • Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. 
  • The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket is valid for 14 days from the chosen ticket start date. 
  • Volcano Bay Water Theme Park may be closed on select dates during the winter period. Please check the Universal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in
  • Orlando for up-to-date opening times. The Universal CityWalk component of the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket is not valid for separately ticketed concerts and special events. Some venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid photo ID required. Does not include admission to Universal Cinemark. Subject to availability.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
  • Valid only during normal operating hours.
  • Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability. 

*Cancellation & Amendments

  • Fully Paid Bookings: Once we have processed your booking and uploaded tickets to your customer account, it is not possible to amend the number of tickets in your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party, your ticket start date or the lead passenger name on your booking, ALL Disney Magic Tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked with a new Disney Confirmation Number and Booking reference. We won't charge an amendment fee for making any changes, but new prices may apply to your booking.
  • Deposit Bookings: The ticket quantity and lead passenger name can be amended for free up to the point where your balance is paid in full. New ticket prices may apply if you amend the ticket start date.

  • How do I use my Disney and Universal Combo Ticket? 

    You will receive 2 digital tickets in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account.

    Universal Ticket

    • Gate-ready Universal Tickets can be downloaded to your smartphone. Scan the QR code at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay for direct access to the Universal parks.
    • If you're visiting in 2024, tickets are open-dated and can be activated anytime before 31 December 2024. For visits in 2025, tickets are date-specific and offer 14 days of unlimited admission to the Universal Parks from the start date selected. 

    Disney Ticket

    • A Disney Ticket Confirmation will be uploaded to your customer account. Once you receive your Disney Ticket Confirmation, create your gate-ready Disney MagicMobile passes in a few easy steps to enter the Disney Parks using your smartphone.  Alternatively, take your Disney Magic Ticket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Park entrance to redeem printed tickets. 
    • Valid for 14 days of admission to the Disney Parks within an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking. 

  • Do I need to make park reservations for all the parks included with the Disney and Universal Combo Ticket?

    No reservations are needed to visit any of the Walt Disney World or Universal Theme Parks - a valid Disney and Universal ticket is all you need.
